Q: What is the maximum size or weight?

A: This varies depending on the airline so please ask us.

As a rule of thumb, maximum normal cargo dimensions: 120x80x60in.

As the weight and size increase so will the cost. If your cargo is oversized or requires special handling, ask us about special rates.

Q: Do you have office at destination who can help us?

A: Yes, we have a lot of agents who we work with at different location.

 Q: Can you provide packaging material for cargo and shipping?

 A: Yes we can provide packaging material but that would be chargeable like Boxes, Sack Bag, Box charges will be £5.00 each box which is easily can make 25 to 30 kg. And Sack bag for shipping which will be £ 3.00 each which is easily can make 25kg.

 Q: Do I have to pay duty or custom charges?

 A: All Electronic or Electric Items will be Dutiable. Before send any electronic item Please ask from our representative.

Q: If I give wrong information about parcel, or about collection address and receiver address. Then what will be happen?

A: Company check each parcel before send to Airline or before load to container. If any item found from the parcel or any information found wrong by the customer then the parcel will be hold and then penalty charge by the company and the penalty will be £ 100.00.

 Q: What about compensation lost or damage or missing items?

A: .In case of any lost Parcel company will be paying £50.00. In case of missing or damage  item company would not be pay anything.

Q: Can you hold my parcels more than a week.

A: No, we can’t hold Parcels more than a week, because we are not giving any type of storage facility for customer luggage.

Q: Can I pack my items in suitcases or luggages?

A: Yes, If there are any oversized items or cargo requiring special packing, please ask.
